Meet with the City about the rezoning of Wolpert property Davidson Rd.
Prior to this rezoning going to Council, David Meadows, our Economic Development Director and I would like to find a time to meet with the residents of Britton Farms and Carrington Place. We’d like to present the site layout and discuss the details of the proposed PUD.

Info from Michelle Crandall, Hilliard City Manager:
The Hilliard Development Corporation is starting the review process for the rezoning of the Woolpert Property from Rural Residential (R-R) to Planned Unit Development District (PUD) for the creation of an employment-based technology park with designated greenspace and trail connections. The City’s Planning & Zoning Commission will hear the case on November 14. After review by P&Z, their recommendation would be forwarded to Hilliard City Council for consideration and a final decision on the rezoning in either December or January.

We have taken into consideration adjacent residential areas by providing a significant open space/parkland buffer, which could also serve as an amenity and potential trail connection.
